Praveenkumar, with excellent academic records, has around ten years of experience in litigation and compliance. He focuses on numerous areas including Corporate and Commercial Litigation, Intellectual Property Rights, Technology Laws, Media Law, E-commerce, Shareholders Disputes, Labour Dispute and Criminal Law with special emphasis on White-collar crimes. Praveenkumar has represented clients in some of the biggest corporate debt recovery and insolvency litigations before National Company Law Tribunal and Debt Recovery Tribunal. His special interests also include disputes relating to Non-Disclosure Agreements, Confidentiality Agreement and Proprietary Information Agreements .
